You Will Need:

Pattern 1. Ribbing.
Rows in straight and reverse direction (even number of stitches).
Right and wrong side rows; edge stitch, alternately 1 knit, 1 purl, edge stitch.
Circular rows (even number of stitches) = alternately 1 knit, 1 purl.
Pattern 2. Stockinette stitch. Rows in straight and reverse direction: right side rows — knit stitches, wrong side rows — purl stitches.
Circular rows: only knit stitches.
Pattern 3. Garter stitch. Right and wrong side rows — knit stitches.
Pattern 4. Lace pattern.
Rows in straight and reverse direction (number of stitches multiple of 8 + 2 edge stitches) = knit according to the chart. The chart shows only right side rows; in wrong side rows knit stitches as they appear or according to the symbols. Start stitches before the right arrow, constantly repeat the rapport of 8 sts. between the arrows and end the stitch after the left arrow. Constantly repeat 1-8th rows.

Cardigan
Knitting description
Back. With emerald yarn on needles № 5 cast on 114 (122) 130 sts. with a double cross cast-on and knit 1 purl row. This row is not included in subsequent calculations. Then for the bottom placket knit 5 cm = 14 rows. with pattern 1.

Left Front
With emerald yarn on needles № 5 cast on 50 (54) 58 sts. with a double cross cast-on and knit 1 purl row. Then for the bottom placket knit 5 cm = 14 rows. with pattern 1. Continue with pattern 3. For the neckline slope, after 20 cm = 76 rows from the bottom placket, bind off 1 x 1 st. on the left edge and in every 8th row 1 (7) 13 x 1 st., then 8 in every 10th row 8 (4) 0 x 1 st.
After 34 cm = 130 rows from the bottom placket, bind off 1 x 10 sts. on the right edge for the armhole.
After 46 cm = 174 rows (48 cm = 182 rows) 50 cm = 190 rows from the bottom placket, bind off the remaining 30 (32) 34 sts.
Right front. Knit the same as the left front, but in mirror reflection.
Sleeves. With emerald yarn on needles № 5 cast on for each sleeve 60 (64) 68 sts. with a double cross cast-on and knit 1 purl row. For the cuff knit 5 cm = 14 rows. with pattern 1. Continue with pattern 4, adding evenly 22 (26) 30 sts. in the 1st row = 82 (90) 98 sts.
After 51 cm = 142 rows (52 cm = 146 rows) 53 cm = 148 rows from the bottom placket, bind off 1 x 28 (32) 36 sts. on both sides and continue with pattern 4 on the remaining 26 sts. for the yoke.
After 66 cm = 184 rows (68 cm = 190 rows) 70 cm = 196 rows from the cuff, bind off the remaining 26 sts.
Button placket. With emerald yarn on needles № 5 cast on 18 sts. with a double cross cast-on and knit 1 purl row. Continue with pattern 4.
After 112 cm = 376 rows (119.5 cm = 400 rows) 126.5 cm = 424 rows from the start row, bind off all stitches or leave them if the length for sewing will be insufficient.
Assembly. For pockets, with emerald yarn on needles № 5 cast on 34 sts. 2 sts. from the side edge of the 1st row after the button placket and knit 1 row (= purl row) purlwise. Then knit 12 cm = 40 rows. with pattern 4. Next, knit another 3 cm = 8 rows. with pattern 1. Bind off stitches according to the pattern. Sew the pocket. Sew shoulder seams, inserting the yoke between the front and back and sewing in the sleeves (see control marks). Sew sleeve seams and side seams. Sew button plackets to the front edges and neckline slopes of the fronts and back neckline edge. Sew a button on the left front at the level of the start of the neckline slope. The hole for the button is the yarn over of pattern 4.
Scarf
Knitting description of the scarf
With mint-green yarn on needles № 5 cast on 58 sts. and for the placket knit 5 cm = 14 rows. with pattern 1.
Continue with pattern 4. After 24 cm = 80 rows from the placket, continue with pattern 2. After 142 cm = 340 rows from changing patterns, knit another 24 cm = 80 rows. with pattern 4. Then for the placket knit 5 cm = 14 rows. with pattern 1. Bind off stitches.
Assembly. At the ends of the scarf, weave in 10 tassels of 6 threads each with a crochet hook, finished length - approx. 14 cm. For each tassel, tie half of it with half of the adjacent tassel at a distance of approx. 3 cm from the top knot, tie all threads for the first and last tassels.
Mittens
Mitten (= 2 parts). With mint-green yarn on stocking needles № 4.5 cast on 40 (48) 48 sts., evenly distribute the stitches on 4 needles (= 10 (12) 12 sts.) per needle. For the cuff knit 5 cm = 16 circular rows. with pattern 1. Continue with pattern 4.
After 9.5 cm = 32 circular rows from the cuff, knit with pattern 2 and at the same time for the thumb gusset after the 1st st. and before the last st. of the 4th needle knit 1 knit crossed from the transverse thread = 42 (50) 50 sts. Increase these stitches 7 (7) 8 more times in every 2nd circular row in the same places as the increases, resulting in the number of thumb gusset stitches increasing between increases in every 2nd circular row by 2 sts. = 56 (64) 66 sts.
