Plastic eyes 3 mm, with glue.

Scarf:

Chain 40 with red yarn, then crochet 39 sc starting from the second loop from the hook. Secure the yarn and hide the ends.

Assembly

Sew the arms two rows below the head.
Glue the eyes between the 6th and 7th rows of the head (in the row with 12 increases), with 6-7 sc between the eyes.
Embroider a smile with white yarn on the 4th row, width 4-5 sc.
